This is a universal program for those who have not yet decided on a field of study or specialty, but are sure that they want to enroll in a Czech state university free of charge, for which they need to master the Czech language to level B2.

What does the program include?

The one-year course is aimed at applicants who have no or basic knowledge of the Czech language. The maximum number of people in one group is 15.

During the course, students:

➕ learn Czech grammar;

➕ acquire a vocabulary sufficient for everyday communication and university studies;

➕ hone their conversational skills;

➕ learn specialized terminology in their chosen field;

➕ work extensively in groups;

➕ learn about Czech culture, traditions, and mentality;

➕ complete creative assignments and projects.

**The training plan is designed for 560 hours (Brno) and 560 hours (Prague). The course provides basic training in the Czech language up to level B2.

Classes are held 5 times a week for 4 lessons (starting in October) or 5 times a week for 5 lessons (starting in November). At the end of the course, students with good academic performance take the state exam in Czech at level B2 free of charge. All students take the GoStudy internal exam at the end of the course to determine their language proficiency level (A2–B2) and receive a corresponding certificate.
